Welcome, new candidate 
As every high class educational facility, we have quite strict to the uniform attire

Here's the extra point that you need to know when you designing school uniform  

The colour code are very particular in this facility
 Blazer must be black
 Blazer have class colour at end of the sleeve, wherever it is short or long
 Inner shirt must be white, and this one you can choose where you can have class colour or not in the end of the sleeve
 Pants must be black, we not accept any colour, even its your colour class (Red pants are significant uniform for AcademyOfZalgo )
 Skirt must be in class colour
 Tie must be in class colour

For design element
 Tie are the only thing that accept in Proxy High (we not accept bow tie and ribbon) 
 We not accept high heels 
 We kindly 50/50 to accept vest (and must be black)
 You can elongated sleeve as much as you like, as wide as you like
 Sleeve can be like gothic like or kimono like, this part you can be creative as long you obey the colour rules.
 Torn up uniform and have blood stain are not accepted. You must buy a new uniform
 You can add up third cloth like hoodies, cape, kilt and so on. But make sure still visible the basic uniform
 Adding other design element like lace, fishnet, button badges, chain and so on can be done
